Experienced golf conditioning and strengthening from Flex physiocare. Well guided exercises to improve on my rotational movement and hip motion. Best part is that they have a small area for practicing striking of indoor golf ball after the conditioning. I love the concept of the clinic , unlike the traditional type.. resort and laid back vibes👏
